The train set is made from cherry, maple, and walnut wood leftover from other lovely Camden Rose creations. Rather than discarding the wood, Camden Rose's artisans have crafted each train car so it is a one-of-a-kind piece with its own character. The beautiful wood species used to create the train cars have a warm and honest quality that does not give a false impression of weight, mass, or touch. The uncolored wood lets the child's imagination decide what color the train cars are! The subtleties of the train's natural textures and colors is healing and nurturing to your child's senses.
These certified non-toxic train cars are finished with natural beeswax, which brings out the beauty of the wood grain.
