Isabooties was founded in 2004 by two high school friends. When Libby and Laura became mothers they became frustrated by the lack of soft-soled shoe options for their babies. They tried shoe after shoe, but noticed cracking and scuffed leather and slippery suede. Clearly, these shoes weren't going to make the cut! So, tired at looking at the same shoe designs with the same quality problems, Libby and Laura took action. They started by researching fabric, design, and style options. Their list of requirements grew. The shoes had to be soft and comfy on their little ones' feet. They had to be easy to put on, but hard for kids to pull off. They had to be machine-washable and machine-dryable. They had to be durable, breathable, skid-proof, and fade-resistant. Last but not least, they had to be stylish. By mixing fun, hip colors with unique ribbon accents, Isabooties were finally born!
We are delighted to bring Isabooties to you at UrthChild. They are our absolutely favorite shoe for pre-walkers.
