|Our Guarantee to You
We take great pride in our products and want you to be happy with your purchase from UrthChild. We welcome your return or exchange of new, unused, and unwashed merchandise within 14 days of the order's ship date. Items marked final sale, furniture, bedding (including pillows), mattresses, skin care products, pacifiers, and monogrammed items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Please note that this guarantee extends to the cost of merchandise only, not shipping costs. If you received free shipping with your order and would like to return the item for a refund, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the amount of your refund. As mentioned above, items purchased on final sale(as marked in the item's description) cannot be returned and exchanged; sales of clearance items are final. For hygienic purposes, bedding (including pillows), furniture, mattresses, and pacifiers cannot be returned. Custom items and monogrammed Swans Island Blankets also cannot be returned.
If an item arrives damaged or is defective, please notify us immediately, no later than 48 hours after the item has arrived so we can work to rectify the situation.
After 14 days of the order's ship date, all sales are final.
So that we may better serve you and provide you with appropriate return instructions, please contact us at email@example.com before you submit your return or exchange.
If We Make a Mistake
If we made any error in the shipping of your order, we will take full responsibility and make sure you are taken care of! We will immediately correct the shipment at no cost to you and provide a pre-paid return shipping label for any merchandise sent to you in error.
